Meghan Matson has been the director of Goals for Girls since 2007.
Meghan has been the varsity soccer coach at Andover High School since 2004. In her tenure at Andover she has led the team to 9 Merrimack Valley Conference Championships, 19 State Tournament appearances, and the 2019 Division 1 North Finals. Prior to coming back to Andover, Meghan was the assistant coach at Bucknell University for 3 years where they won the Patriot League Championship and made an NCAA appearance. During her career, Meghan played soccer at Boston University from 1996-1999 where she captained the team her senior year.
Meghan has her NSCAA Advance National Coaching license.
When Meghan is not on the soccer field you can find her in the Gym at South Elementary School in Andover where she is a Physical Education Teacher.

Jen Hagopian joined the Goals for Girls staff in 2007 when the program first began. Prior to joining the camp, Jen played for Andover High School under Meghan Matson and captained the team her senior year. Jen joined the Andover High School coaching staff in 2010 after graduating from Union College. She stayed with the program for 5 years, serving as JV coach and Assistant Girls Varsity Coach.
Jen left the program in 2015 after earning the head coach position at Reading Memorial High School. She served as the head coach for 5 years before returning to Andover where she is currently the varsity assistant coach. In addition to her high school coaching experience, Jen also coached club soccer for Seacoast United from 2014-2019.
